For the first time in for the Siksika Nation the Blackfoot Miners are the 2011-2012 Ranchland Hockey League Champions!!! The team has come close before finishing second in 2002-2003 behind the Clareholm Thunder and last season when a player carding problem resulted in all points gained for the first half of the season. 2011-2012 the team is improved and stronger and this is a great accomplishment for the team, the managment and the Siksika fans!!!
